Voice agent testing, with latency attributed rather than lumped together
A synthetic caller speaks your scenarios, we transcribe what the agent says back, and the wait is broken into the parts you can actually fix.

Spoken scenarios
The same scenarios you run over chat, spoken by a synthetic caller. Nothing is rewritten for voice.
Latency you can act on
Endpointing delay, time to first audio and speech duration reported separately. One number cannot tell you whether to tune the voice detection or the model.
Mishearing attributed, not blamed
Because we wrote the caller's line, we know what was said. When the agent is told the wrong thing, that is reported as a transcription fault rather than charged to its reasoning.
Reaching your agent
Over a WebSocket bridge today. Dialling a phone number needs a SIP trunk, which is in progress, ask us where it stands.
Test what your agent actually does
Connect an agent, run the suite, and find the failures before your customers do.
